Semi-detached three-bay five-storey over basement house, c.1820, having graduated fenestration, timber panelled door with stained glass overlight and roll moulding to door surround with steps up; rendered walls with narrow string courses to upper storeys.
Appraisal
Although semi-detached this building is not one of a pair, having a defined fenestration pattern and decorative door surround. A prominent building on the street, being taller than the surrounding houses.
