Semi-detached three-bay three-storey house, c. 1860, with brick front elevation incorporating crenellated parapet with dog-tooth detail and two-storey annexe to side; double pitched asbestos tile roof.

Unusual semi-detached house on an elevated site visible from the city centre having distinctive brick façade with crenellated parapet. One of a pair and sharing a parapet. Long front garden extends to Wellington Road, having a pedestrian gateway onto street.
