Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1820, now in use as flats. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystacks and rendered parapet. Rendered walls having channelled render and raised render opening surrounds to ground floor. Segmental-arched window openings with timber sliding sash windows. Round-headed door opening having replacement timber panelled door, plain fanlight and simple surround. Remains of cast- and wrought-iron railings set on limestone plinths to site. Limestone steps leading to front door.
This house forms part of a notable terrace with the adjoining buildings to the east and west. Built in the early nineteenth century, this building is an interesting addition to this terrace. The building is enhanced by the retention of significant features and materials, such as the timber sliding sash windows, limestone steps, limestone plinths, and round-headed door opening.
