Description
Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1870, as a pair with the adjoining house to the west. Pitched tile roof having rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls with moulded render surround to front door. Replacement uPVC windows having cast-iron sill guards to ground floor windows. Timber panelled door.
Appraisal
Built as a pair with the adjoining house to the west, the scale and form of these house make a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape. The regular façade of this house is enhanced by the retention of notable features and materials, such as the moulded render door surround, cast-iron sill guards and slate roof.
