Description
Terraced three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built 1908, as a group with the adjoining pair of houses to the east. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and rooflights. Rendered walls with string course between floors and having raised render surrounds to openings. Timber sliding sash windows, having cast-iron sill guard to ground floor window. Timber panelled door.
Appraisal
Built as a group with the adjoining houses to the east and west, the scale and form of this group make a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape. The building is enhanced by the retention of original features and materials, such as the timber sliding sash windows, cast-iron sill guard and slate roof.
