The Register of Heritage Contractors are collaborating with the Construction Industry Federation on The Heritage Series<\/em><\/strong>, a series of recorded webinars aimed at raising awareness and understanding of conservation works, practices and materials when working on historic buildings and protected structures.<\/p>\n

The six recorded webinars are aimed at those interested in our built heritage, heritage contractors, contract managers and those working in a supervisory capacity.\u00a0 The Heritage Series<\/em><\/strong>, delivered by contractors active within the sector, will provide an opportunity to learn basic conservation principles and provide an insight to mitigating risks associated with conservation works.\u00a0 The Heritage Series<\/em><\/strong> includes:<\/p>\n

Our Built Heritage<\/em> by Colm Murray<\/p>\n

Our Historic Roofs<\/em> by Niall O’Regan of Crannog Roofing<\/p>\n

Ironworks<\/em> by Colm Bagnall of Bushy Park Ironworks<\/p>\n

Traditional Windows<\/em> by Barry Callaghan of Timeless Sash Windows<\/p>\n

Bricks and Brickwork<\/em> by Jimmy O’Friel of Oldstone Conservation<\/p>\n

Traditional Building Lime and Decorative Plasterwork<\/em> by Paul Griffin of Griffin Plastering<\/p>\n

A link to each of the recorded webinars will be circulated to registered users.<\/p>\n

Each recorded webinar can be booked individually at a cost of \u20ac30 + Eventbrite fee while the series of recorded webinars can be booked at the discounted cost of \u20ac150 + Eventbrite fee.<\/p>\n

Registered users will earn 6 CPD points for the series \u2013 1 CPD point per talk \u2013 and will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion.<\/p>\n
