End-of-terrace three-storey house, built c.1860, with one-bay upper floors and two-bay ground floor. One of dissimilar pair with house to southeast. Pitched roof with brick chimneystack, moulded eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted lined-and-ruled rendered walls. Square-headed window openings, formerly tripartite, having replacement aluminium windows and painted stone sills and render reveals. Round-headed door opening with timber panelled door, render surround and cobweb fanlight.
The narrow form and vertical emphasis of this building make it a notable feature on the streetscape. Its façade is enlivened by the render reveals to the openings and by the retention of cobweb fanlight and the panelled door.
