Farmyard complex, extant 1840, on an L-shaped plan about a courtyard including (west): Attached six-bay single-storey coach house-cum-stable outbuilding with half-attic on a rectangular plan. Hipped slate roof with pressed or rolled lead ridges, and cast-iron rainwater goods on slate flagged eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Fine roughcast walls with cut-granite quoins to corners. Pair of elliptical-headed central carriageways with cut-granite block-and-start surrounds centred on keystones framing timber boarded double doors. Square-headed flanking door openings with cut-granite block-and-start surrounds centred on keystones framing timber boarded doors. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and cut-granite block-and-start surrounds centred on keystones framing six-over-six timber sash windows. Square-headed openings (half-attic) with cut-granite sills, and cut-granite block-and-start surrounds centred on keystones framing louvered timber fittings; (north): Attached eight-bay single-storey stable outbuilding with half-attic on a rectangular plan. Set in grounds shared with Ballinkeel House with granite ashlar piers to courtyard having cut-granite shallow pyramidal capping supporting spear head-detailed cast-iron double gates.
