Appraisal

This handsome bridge is one of a group of structures which form Dundalk Railway Station. Its skillfully executed stonework, displaying a variety of finishing, is a testament to railway bridge building in the late nineteenth-century. Ardee Bridge is a vital feature within the complex giving necessary access over the railway.
