Description
End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, built c.1903, with central single-bay single-storey porch to front. House divided into two units, c.1985. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron gutters and red brick chimneystacks to either end. Pebbledashed walls over smooth rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings with replacement windows. Square-headed doorcase with replacement timber door to projecting porch. Set back from road in own grounds and bounded by rendered wall with hoped metal walls to street-frontage.
Appraisal
An attractive terraced house that retains most of its character despite recent alterations resulting in the loss of original fabric.
