Description
End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey house, built c.1860, renovated c.1995. One of a pair with no. 19. Pitched natural slate roof with projecting eaves course and a shared rendered chimneystack with clay chimney pots over. Smooth rendered walls with light ashlar lining and raised block quoins to north. Square-headed window openings with replacement windows. Square-headed doorcase with replacement timber panelled door to south end of front façade. Street-fronted.
Appraisal
A modest two-storey house, typical of those constructed during the middle of the nineteenth century. The ground floor was used as a retail outlet until c.1980.
