Detached two-bay two storey pair of workers' houses, built c.1850. These are finished in squared granite block. The replacement panelled doors are set within flat-headed openings. Window openings are flat-headed with replacement top-hung frames. The hipped roof is finished with natural slate and has cast-iron rainwater goods. The chimneystack is finished in render with slightly corbelled caps and clay pots. The houses are set back from the road behind small gardens with low rubble walls.
Despite the loss of original door and window frames, these workers' houses are otherwise well preserved. They have retained their overall form and massing and most of their original fabric.
