Terraced three-bay two storey double-pile house, built c.1820, now incorporating a shop with shopfront of c.1990. The façade is in unpainted roughcast with the double-gabled roof covered in artificial slate. The timber shopfront has a large central mainly glazed door flanked by narrow shop windows, with the projecting signboard supported on curved brackets. uPVC rainwater goods.

Appraisal

Relatively plain unassuming early 19th century terraced house with unusually close-knit fenestration, whose out of character shop front -- is relatively well-mannered.
