An attractive, middle-size house, built as one of a pair (with 22830121/WD-09-30-121), incorporating features typical of the period of construction including a canted bay window, and a variety of materials to the construction producing a picturesque polychromatic visual effect. Well maintained, the house retains its original form and massing, together with much of the original fabric, including wrought iron railings of simple design quality, which enhance the streetscape appeal of the site.
