Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1995. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

Appraisal

A well-proportioned modest-scale house that is distinguished by the variety of glazing patterns between each floor. Very well maintained, the house presents an early aspect, and contributes significantly to the visual appeal of Chapel Street (Capel Street).
