Appraisal

An elegantly-proportioned middle-size house, built as one of a terrace of three houses (with 22816101, 197/WD-26-16-101, 197), which retains most of its original form and massing. However, the inappropriate replacement fittings and materials throughout have not had a positive impact on the external expression of the composition. Nevertheless, the house, together with the remainder in the terrace, forms an appealing feature in the streetscape of Turkey Road.
