Appraisal

An attractive, modest-scale house retaining most of its original form and massing, together with some of the early fabric. While the inclusion of a shopfront to left ground floor has not detracted considerably from the external appearance of the composition, the present (2003) dilapidated state does not enhance the visual appeal at street level.
