Appraisal

This house is an attractive small-scale composition of almost vernacular appearance, as identified by the massing and diminutive proportion to the window opening. The house retains its original form, together with important early salient features and materials. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (225012119 – 21/WD-5632-21-229 – 31), forms an important element of the attractive, low-lying streetscape of Spring Garden Alley.
