End-of-terrace two-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, c.1810, currently unoccupied. Roughcast rendered wall with smooth rendered base course. Window openings blocked. Timber tongue and groove door. Pitched slate roof with brick chimney stack.
Appraisal
This attractive house, retaining its original proportions and some original materials, is an integral element of this unusually arranged terrace, the setting of which is enhanced by the long front gardens.
