Appraisal

This mid-terrace property was built as one of a terrace of three identical houses along O'Neill Street. The well-executed and well-hewn limestone façade is representative of fine craftsmanship. The survival of original features and fabric enhances the structure, making it a fine contributor to the architectural heritage of O'Neill Street
