Detached double-pile four-bay two-storey house, built c.1810. Ruled and lined rendered walls with render quoins. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and clay pots. Square-headed window openings with render surrounds and stone sills. Round-arched stone doorcase with cornice and plain glass fanlight. Access lane protected by stone wheel guard giving access to stone outbuildings to rear.
This substantial house occupies a dominant position in the streetscape of Kilmainham Wood village and is located to the north-east of the fair green. It is similar in design to a house on the west side of the fair green. The render quoins and window surrounds enliven the façade of this house.
