Description

Terraced single-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, extant 1838, originally forming part of larger two-bay two-storey house. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, central rooflight to rear (south) pitch, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with bull nose-detailed rendered panelled quoins to end. Square-headed window opening (first floor) with cut-limestone sill, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash window with six-over-six timber sash window to rear (south) elevation having part exposed sash box. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front having cut-limestone kerbing.
