Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and replacement timber casement windows, c.1925, to first floor having replacement three-over-three timber sash windows to ground floor retaining one two-over-two timber sash window to side (north) elevation. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber door, c.1975. Road fronted.
A well-appointed middle-size house contributing positively to the historic character of the locality on account of the retention of the original form and massing together with much of the early fabric.
