End-of-terrace single-bay three-storey house, c.1825. Extensively renovated, pre-1992. One of a group of three. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement slate, pre-1992, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings (in bipartite arrangement to upper floors) with cut-stone sills, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, pre-1992. Square-headed door opening with cut-limestone step, moulded fibreglass surround, pre-1992, and timber panelled door having overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A pleasant modest-scale house built as one of a group of three identical units (with 12001121 - 2/KK-4766-14-121 - 2) identified in the streetscape by the bipartite arrangement to most of the window openings forming a feature known locally as the so-called "Kilkenny Window" enhancing the architectural design value of the composition. Having undergone extensive renovation works with most replacement features alluding to the historic models on site the house presents an early aspect, thereby maintaining the positive impression the assemblage makes in the streetscape.
