Appraisal

An attractive small-scale house built as one of a group of three identical units (remainder in group not included in survey) contributing positively to the modest quality of the street scene. Having been reasonably well maintained the house remains as the last in the group to present an historic aspect with substantial quantities of the early fabric surviving intact.
