Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1900, possibly originally with square-headed carriageway to right ground floor. Subsequently in commercial use to right ground floor. Now entirely in residential use. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having consoles. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered quoins to ends. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed opening to right ground floor (possibly originally carriageway) with timber fitting incorporating square-headed door opening having timber door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
An amiable house of modest form and appearance retaining most of the original composition attributes together with much of the original fabric, thereby contributing positively to the visual appeal of the streetscape.
