Detached eight-bay three-storey former warehouse, built c. 1870, now vacant. Pitched natural slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Nap rendered walls with cement rendered wall to rear gable and having metal bracing. Timber matchboard boarding to openings. Timber matchboard doors. Concrete boundary wall to rear.
