Description

Terraced three-bay three-storey over basement former house, built c. 1795, with single-storey over basement extension to rear c. 1985. Formerly Tralee Catholic Literary Society, now in use as offices. Pitched double-span artificial slate roof with box aluminium gutter and cast-iron down pipe. Lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls. Replacement timber side hung outward opening windows with limestone sills. Timber panelled door with carved lintel and fluted pilasters surround, having radial fanlight with decorative applied ornament above. Decorative wrought-iron railings on rendered plinth wall with stone coping. Stone steps up to door. Concrete steps down to basement area.
