Description

Corner-sited end-of-terrace five-bay three-storey over basement former house, built c. 1810, with long two-storey over basement extension to rear. Now in use as offices. Pitched and hipped natural slate roof with rendered chimneystack having polygonal clayware pots. Painted lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows to top floors. Timber top hung outward opening windows to ground floor. Timber fixed windows to basement. Limestone sills. Timber panelled door flanked by engaged Ionic columns with carved lintel and radial fanlight above surrounded by moulded archivolt. Wrought-iron railings on rendered plinth. Rendered steps to front door. Slate flag steps to basement.
