Description
Terraced single-bay three-storey house, built c. 1810, with two-storey return to rear. Pitched artificial slate roof with nap rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Single and pitched purple slate roofs to rear and return. Lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls. Paired uPVC top-hung outward-opening windows with stone sills. Venetian style window opening to first floor. Timber panelled door with radial fanlight above. Timber panelled door with toplight. Arched window to stairs to rear. Limestone steps and concrete steps to doors. Two-storey outbuilding to rear of site with pitched slated roof and nap rendered walls.
