Description

Attached three-bay three-storey with attic accommodation former house, built c. 1870, with public house to ground floor. Pitched artificial slate roof to main roof and dormers, nap rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods, and dormers with red ridge tiles. Painted nap rendered walls with moulded render quoins and moulded window surrounds. Pilaster and entablature shopfront with projecting metal bracket with painted sign. Timber sliding sash windows with painted stone sills to upper floors. Timber fixed window and timber panelled door with toplight to ground floor surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront c. 1900. Ground floor side window matches those on first floor.
