Appraisal

This buildings modest size and scale are similar to the surrounding buildings, maintaining the rhythm of fenestration and parapet line, making a quiet contribution to the sense of uniformity of this street. It forms part of a terrace lining the north side of Talbot Street, which was laid out in the 1840s.
