Wall-mounted cast-iron post box, installed c.1930, set in rubble stone wall. S.E. stamp and harp motif to door.
Appraisal
This post box with its post-independence Saorstát Éireann insignia, which was brought in when the State established its own postal system, and is an important reminder of the early days of the Irish Free State.
