Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c.1830. Pitched artificial slate roof having rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Square-headed openings with margined one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Decorative cast-iron sill guards (first floor) and moulded render keystones (ground and first floor). Square-headed opening having moulded render keystone and replacement timber panelled door with overlight. Outbuilding to rear (south-west) having pitched corrugated-iron roof, rendered walls, square-headed openings and replacement timber hanging door. Wrought-iron enclosing fence to north-east with rendered gate piers and wrought-iron gate.
This imposing house forms part of a fine terrace of houses and retains its early form and features. Its character is enhanced by the survival of historic fabric such as decorative cast-iron sill guards, timber sliding sash windows and a fine timber panelled door.
