Description

Freestanding double-height gable-fronted Church of Ireland church, built c.1845, to design attributed to the Pain brothers, with gabled projecting porch, four-bay nave elevations and vestry to rear. Pitched slate and artificial slate roofs with cut-stone bellcote. Dressed stone walls with cut-stone buttresses. Hood mouldings to chancel and entrance gable windows. Lancet openings with ashar dressings and cast-iron and timber traceried windows. Pointed arch opening with timber matchboard door. Rubble stone boundary walls with cast-iron piers and gates, c.1935. Aedicule to side boundary wall with castellated parapet and urn finial.
