Description

Terraced three-bay three-storey purpose-built bank and manager’s house, built c. 1870. Ground floor renovated, c. 1990. Pitched slate roof with concrete ridge tiles, cast-iron rainwater goods, timber box eaves, consoled cornice, rendered chimneystacks and yellow clay pots. Rendered walls with vermiculated quoins and panels to ground floor, moulded render fascia over ground floor openings and raised quoins to upper floors. Segmental-arched openings with moulded architraves, concrete sills, timber panelled double leaf doors, replacement uPVC windows and ATM to ground floor. Retaining original timber sliding sash windows to upper floors.
