Five-bay three-storey over basement block, built 1771; having slate pitched roof and rendered stacks including diagonal corner stack with yellow clay pots, plain render finish and timber sliding sash windows in square headed openings with limestone cills; part of convent complex.

Substantial Georgian convent building retaining similar scale, massing and roofline to the surrounding buildings and part of historically important convent in its local context.
