Description
Terraced two-bay three-storey premises, c. 1790; originally four-storey. Steeply pitched roof. Painted render finish. Having two over two timber sliding sash windows with stone cills. Glazed timber shopfront c. 1900, with pilasters, fascia signboard, c. 1985 to ground floor; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear.
Appraisal
Substantial late eighteenth- early nineteenth-century premises, retaining some original fabric. Having importance as part of distinctive eighteenth-century terrace on river.
