Description

Terraced two-bay four-storey premises, c. 1790; in use as public house with residential accommodation to upper floors. Steeply pitched roof, brick chimney stack - rebuilt c. 1900. Having replacement Georgian-style uPVC windows, shopfront to ground floor with display window and two entrance doors, painted stone cills; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear.

Appraisal

Substantial late eighteenth- early nineteenth-century premises, retaining some original fabric. Having importance as part of distinctive eighteenth-century terrace on river.
