Terraced two-bay four-storey with attic premises with steeply pitched roof, c. 1760; one of a pair, eight over eight timber sliding sash windows to first floor and replacement Georgian style uPVC windows to upper floors, shopfront to ground floor with two entrance doors, cills mostly renewed in concrete; street frontage and small encloses area to rear.
Appraisal
Substantial late eighteenth-century premises, retaining some original fabric. Having importance as part of distinctive eighteenth-century terrace on river.
