Terraced two-bay four-storey premises, c. 1760; one of four; extensively altered, retail outlet to ground floor and office accommodation to first floor, having slate pitched roof, plain render finish, c. 1990, keystone detail over second floor window openings and modern shopfront to ground floor, replacement timber casement windows, c. 1985; street frontage.
Appraisal
One of a terrace of four late eighteenth-century buildings, although altered and modernised, retaining keystone detail over second floor window openings, and consistent scale, massing and roofline.
