Description
Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1880, as a pair with the adjoining building to the south. Now in use as retail outlet. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and gabled dormer. Rendered walls with platband at eaves level. Timber sash windows to upper floors. Shopfront to ground floor, c. 1990.

Built as a pair with the adjoining building to the south, this pair makes a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape, due to the scale and form of the buildings. The building is enhanced by the retention of interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows, slate roof and gabled dormer.
