Terraced two-bay three-storey over basement house, c. 1830, with brick façade, retaining timber sash windows to first and second floor with replacement window to ground floor, having round headed entrance with fanlight and engaged Doric columns, with limestone steps to main entrance. Slate pitched roof behind parapet. Three storey annexe to rear.
Very significant early nineteenth-century terraced house, possibly designed by Sir Thomas Deane, on one of Cork's most significant terraces of houses. In poor condition but retaining doorcase and later timber windows, and many internal features such as cornices, staircase and joinery.
