Terraced three-bay three-storey house with half dormer attic, built 1898, having replacement uPVC casement windows, with bracketed eaves course, single-storey bay window and hood mouldings; set back behind railings.
Appraisal
Terraced late-nineteenth century house, now altered and modernised by replacement of original windows with uPVC, although retaining its original proportions and significance as one of a group of such houses.
