Semi-detached three-bay three-storey house, built 1886, with three-storey gabled bay and low recessed side entrance bay, having replacement uPVC casement windows , set back from road with garden areas to front and rear.
Appraisal
Semi-detached late-nineteenth century house with intact railings and gateposts to front. Although this building has replacement uPVC windows, it retains significance as one of a group of such houses.
