Semi-detached four-bay two-storey house, built 1893, with gabled bay, two-storey bay window and lower recessed entrance bay, retaining timber sash windows, with garden areas to front and rear.
Appraisal
Semi-detached late-nineteenth century house with intact railings and gateposts to front. This building retains timber sash windows and is significant as one of a group of such houses.
