Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built 1894, with single-storey flat-roofed bay, having replacement uPVC casement windows and modern timber panelled entrance door, garden area and small shed to front and enclosed area to rear.
Appraisal
One of a complete late 19th century terrace retaining original proportions and many features including slate roof, hood mouldings, and front door, but with windows replaced with uPVC.
