Terraced two-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built 1894, with brick dressings to openings, having replacement uPVC windows and door, set back from road with small garden area to front.
Appraisal
Although altered, this late nineteenth-century house retains brick dressings to openings, and is significant as one of a group of terraced houses maintaining consistent massing and scale.
