Single-storey twin-gabled warehouses, c. 1890, with coursed rubble limestone façade. Profile steel pitched roof. Refurbished, c. 1995.
Appraisal
A late nineteenth-century warehouse building with a coursed rubble stone façade typical of Cork's industrial buildings. Although the building has been altered, with a new roof and concrete coping, it retains significance as an example of warehouse construction typical of the period and location.
