Terraced two-bay four-storey house, c. 1840, having public house to ground floor with office space above; one in a terrace of eleven. Pitched roof behind rendered parapet. Red brick chimney stack. Painted brick facade in Flemish bond. Soldier arches to window heads of upper floors. Square headed window openings having cills and timber sliding sash windows, six over six pane to second and third floor, six over nine pane to first floor. Timber pubfront c. 1990 shared with 20503180. Separate entrance to upper floors. Street frontage.
Nineteenth century terraced building which despite modification, retains a sense of its original scale and form. As such it is significant in forming a group with others on the terrace, which is in a prominent city centre location.
